Parish Operations Manager
We are seeking someone with clear organisational gifts and experience to lead our admin team (paid and volunteer) and oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy parish.
The vision for this new leadership role is to enable all areas of ministry in the Parish of Great Chesham to thrive, by releasing the Team Rector and staff team from much of the administrative burden of running a large parish with seven churches as well as providing vital operational support to key volunteers.
This is a full time post with flexible working arrangements.
